Cancellation Policy
1. **Booking Process:** - All services must be booked in advance through phone, email or website. - Bookings are confirmed once a confirmation email or message is sent to the client. 2. **Payment Terms:** - Payment for services is due [at the time of booking, upon arrival, or after service is completed]. - Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit card, online payment]. 3. **Cancellation Policy:** - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. - If a booking is canceled within 24 hours or the client fails to show up, a 50% charge of the service fee may apply. - To cancel, please contact us at 504.729.8279. 4. **Late Arrivals:** - Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A grace period of [15 minutes] will be allowed. - Late arrivals may result in a shorter service time or rescheduling, and the full service fee will still apply. 5. **Rescheduling Policy:** - Clients can reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be subject to availability. 6. **No-Show Policy:** - A "no-show" occurs when a client does not attend the appointment without prior notice. - No-shows will be charged the full service fee. 7. **Special Requests or Customization:** - Clients requesting special services or customization should inform us 48 hours in advance. - Additional charges may apply for special requests, which will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking. 8. **Health & Safety:** - Please inform us of any health concerns or conditions that may affect the service or require special accommodations. - We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel your health condition may pose a risk. 9. **Service Adjustments:** - If the requested service needs to be adjusted or altered due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative. 10. **Liability:** - We are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during the service. - Clients agree to release us from any liability for injury or damages arising from services rendered, except where required by law.
